The PG400 Pulse Generator has constant current and constant voltage modes and can produce pulses from 10 microseconds to 10 milliseconds with adjustable slew rates. The user can select from multiple sense configurations, local sense and two remote sense options. Programmable current and voltage limits provided.

The measurement system can aquire both voltage and current values up to 250k samples per second during the pulse and provide all the samples as well as voltage and current minimum, maximum and mean values back to the controller. The pulse can be triggered either from the controller or from an external input.
